• All orders over £30 qualify for next day delivery?

  Yes!! We have lowered the bar for free postage!! (Side note: some items which might seem more expensive on the Power Shack website compared to other websites might actually be cheaper when you factor in the Delivery costs) 

• I've ordered this by mistake.. Can I return the item?

  Absolutly!! we offer hassle free returns! Always feel free to contact us via Phone, Email or Whatsapp and we would be happy to help. 

• Which Delivery Companies do we use?

  We mostly use Royal Mail for smaller lighter parcels and APC overnight for larger parcels. We have accounts with other transport companies for Pallet and oversize deliveries  

• What is the next day delivery cut off time?

  All orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday will qualify for next day delivery 

• Can I Click & Collect?
