Free Delivery to Mainland UK on all orders over £30!!

In a nutshell, the below essay covers the following points:

  • FREE standard Delivery on all orders over £30 * Excluding 3m Trunking & Conduit *
  • Free delivery to mainland UK Delivery Charges to BT, JE, GY, TR, IM, IV, HS, KW, ZE and PA post codes are £6.99 ex-VAT.
  • Deliveries with oversized items including 2m Conduit, trunking etc will have a charge of £19.99 ex-VAT.
  • All items are sent either via Royal Mail, APC, UPS, Parcel force, DPD or DX (We will sometimes use a different courier depending on the size and weight of the items ordered).
  • In most cases some companies including Royal Mail & DPD - a signature will be required, so please ensure someone is in to sign at the time of delivery (or a 'leave safe' instruction left, although this is at your risk!).
  • Want the fastest, most reliable service? Always select “Express Delivery” for a fully-tracked 24hr-48hr service. 
  • We can't currently guarantee same-day despatch, but we aim to get all orders received before 3PM out the same day (Monday-Friday).
  • Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays. DPD and our other couriers deliver Monday-Friday.
  • Delivery services as provided by Royal Mail are aims and not guaranteed (although should always arrive in 1-3 working days)
  • Express delivery service offered by DPD is next day, and only in the very rarest of circumstances (outlying territories/postcodes and non UK-Mainland* addresses) will this delivery window not be met.
  • We despatch Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated.
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring full and accurate postcode and delivery details are provided; whilst we endeavour to scrutinise all labels going out, we cannot catch every oversight and cannot validate and verify every single address given, nor can we cover the costs incurred or compensate for resultant delivery delays (the courier charges us either way!!)
  • We currently deliver to UK only

Quick Heads-Up! Be Careful With 'Leave Safe'!

  • Please remember, when requesting a 'leave safe' location via any of our couriers (DPD, DHL, Royal Mail) that you assume full responsibility for the goods and delivery; if a parcel goes missing following a delivery successfully made, recorded and evidenced per 'leave safe' instructions, whilst we will do our best to pursue it with the courier in question, it is very likely we will not be able to refund or replace.If your safe place is in any way visible or accessible from busy walkways or roads nearby and/or you know the parcel will be attended for some time, please think twice before requesting parcels be left. And please, please double-check default 'leave safe' instructions set in DPD, DHL and courier apps as they're easy to forget about and yet couriers will still blindly follow these (somewhat frustratingly, often before actually checking if you're actually in!) and the same shifted liability and terms & conditions apply, voiding any claim with them.

1. Damaged Goods and Short Deliveries:

1.1. All damaged goods received in transit or short deliveries must be reported to The Power Shack Limited within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

1.2. To report damaged goods or short deliveries, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or shortage to assist with the claims process.

1.3. Once the damage or shortage is confirmed, we will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or arranging for a return and exchange.

2. Incorrectly Supplied Goods and Errors:

2.1. Any incorrectly supplied goods or errors in your order must be notified to The Power Shack Limited within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

2.2. To report incorrectly supplied goods or errors, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. We may request additional information to facilitate the resolution process.

2.3. Once the error is confirmed, we will take appropriate action to rectify the mistake, which may involve providing the correct item, issuing a refund, or arranging for a return and exchange.

3. Incorrectly Ordered Goods:

3.1. If you have ordered goods incorrectly, you may return them to The Power Shack Limited subject to the following conditions:

3.2. All incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were shipped.

3.3. Returns of incorrectly ordered goods must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

3.4. To initiate a return for incorrectly ordered goods, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. General Return Conditions:

4.1. All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.

4.2. The Power Shack Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria or are received outside of the specified return period.

4.3. Refunds for returned items will be processed using the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

4.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items to ensure their safe arrival.
